There are no hidden prices, and we will always tell you what the prices are before attending or carrying out any works. So you will never face a unexpected bill.

Our fees include 1 hour of labour and exclude any parts required. Additional hours beyond the first inclusive hour will be chargeable.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:30pm

£95 + VAT (1 Hour)

Outside the above times

£120 + VAT

Saturdays - 9-2PM

Landlord gas safety inspection (up to 2 appliances)
